APPROVAL OF RANKING OF CERTIFIED AND QUALIFIED ENGINEERING FIRMS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES - PLAN REVIEW FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS
Description
The scope shall be to provide civil plan review services for the District's Permitting Division. On 12/4/2009, the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met to select certified and qualified engineering firms for this continuing services contract. The PSSC has ranked them in accordance with School Board Policy #7.71. The estimated cost of these services for the three-year period is $50,000.00.
Recommendation
That the ranking of certified and qualified engineering firms for Civil Engineering Services - Plan Review, for a period of three (3) years, be approved as presented and the Executive Director of Construction Services be authorized to attempt negotiations with the three (3) top-ranked firms.
